Calling all wild swimmers or anyone wanting to give it a go? Certified Wim Hof method instructor John will be leading masterclasses at Studio 72 on the breathing technique, followed by a splash in sea!

Indulgent Restorative Yin Yoga by Candle Light
Join Aga for an hour of slow Yin yoga combining meditation with gentle movement on Friday 7th January at 6pm. Contact Aga on a.musko@icloud.com or 07511 019 833 to book a place on this much needed post- Christmas treat! Be quick!

Pop Up Mexican Restaurant

Chef Xen from For Foods Sake will be serving his famous Mexican dishes. Book ahead to avoid disappointment as we predict this will be a sell out event. Table bookings can be made between 6.30pm and 8.15pm (with family friendly bookings between 6.30pm and 7pm)
To book your table please contact info@forfoodsake.uk providing the number in your party and your preferred dining time (subject to availability). A deposit must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
Please note menu selection must be made at least 3 days prior to event date.
