Meet the Team
A word from us both (lots to say about the studio, but harder to talk about ourselves!)
We are both passionate about being able to support our local community. We took on the studio to provide a central venue that everyone can enjoy, and our aim was to make it as multi-purpose as possible.
When we saw the building was for sale, we seized the opportunity to create a community space in the heart of the village. Through hard work and determination, we now have given an historic building - that required a lot of TLC - a new lease of life.
We are both dog lovers so you may meet us on our walks with our boys Otis and Stanley - please don't hesitate to say hello!
Fiona
I moved to Aberdour from Edinburgh when I was 15 and after travelling the globe, found myself returning. Aberdour is a special place to me and I love living by the sea and raising my family here.
I have worked as a physiotherapist for over 25 years and have been with the NHS for most of my career.
Aberdour has a great sense of community and I want to play my part in whatever way I can to add to that community spirit. I have taught Pilates in the building for many years, and knew it well before we created Studio 72.
I love nothing better than holidays and sunshine - even more so if I can spend those sunny days with my family and friends.

I was born and raised in Aberdour and my family have been here since 1965. I moved to Glasgow to pursue a Law Degree and then lived for many years in Edinburgh. I have 24 years experience in property management. I now work for the NHS as a Business Development Manager.
Aberdour has always been home to me and after having children we decided to return.
I love being back and can't think of a better place to be (unless I was to own a villa in Puerto Pollensa in Mallorca).
I can remember the building as it was many years ago from when my brother and I went to playgroup there - and did not want to see the village lose a much needed community space.
